Words about getting older

…. The worst about old age is that it is hard to realize. Those who are younger than yourself do not understand, and those who are older you don’t feel like talking to. I always had really big hair. Now it has grown thinner and this annoys me very much. Also the death-marked, wrinkled and puffy face that I see in the mirror in the morning, I thought it was something just passing by. Growing old goes fast in some periods of time, like two steps forward, but then all of a sudden it goes one step back. That makes you really happy because then you think it is not so bad after all. How merciful….
